Kevin has a deep passion to work with men who have been through crisis. Believing community can provide an environment for those having been through various trauma to discover identity and purpose. It is this passion that drew Kevin toward Damascus Way. He sincerely believes the work Damascus Way does is central to building whole and thriving communities.

Kevin’s work experience includes housing development, building, implementing, and executing various human support programs. Project management, organizational leadership, identifying new opportunities and building relationships across the Twin Cities.

Married (Paulette) with two daughters and one grandson. Kevin holds a BS in Engineering/ Computer Science from Howard University (Washington D.C.), a BS in Ministries (Univ. of Northwestern- St. Paul), a Master’s Certificate of Leadership (Bethel University) and a MA in Strategic Leadership (Bethel University).
