Associate Director of E3 Recovery Services and Programming

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Associate Director of E3 Recovery Services and Programming in Rochester. The Associate Director of E3 Recovery Services and Programming provide strategic, operational, and relational leadership for Damascus Way’s recovery-focused programs, including E3 Services, Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) services, and the CPRS Academy. Grounded in an understanding of the multi-generational impacts of substance use and incarceration, the role ensures program excellence, staff development, and compliance with contractual partners (including MARCO and the Minnesota Department of Human Services) while advancing healing, restoration, and long-term transformation through DW’s operational pillars: Long-Term Sustainability, Capacity and Infrastructure, Evidence-Based Programming and Services and Legislation, Policy, and Community Education. Director of Reentry Services-Rochester

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Director of Reentry Services in Rochester. The Director of Reentry Services has a senior leadership role responsible for advancing Damascus Way’s Christ-centered mission through effective, compliant, and transformative reentry services. The Director serves on the Senior Leadership Team and reports to the Senior Director of Reentry and Recovery. This role provides strategic oversight, staff development, community engagement, and program leadership across Southern Minnesota. The Director ensures services reflect Damascus Way’s four pillars: Long-Term Sustainability; Capacity and Infrastructure; Evidence-Based Programming and Services; and Legislation, Policy & Community Education. On-Call Shift Coordinator

We are looking for an On-Call Shift Coordinator at our Golden Valley Reentry House. The On-Call Shift Coordinator at Damascus Way plays a central role in the daily execution of its core services. This position requires high energy and person-focused commitment. The individual hired for this position must be an independent self-starter who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This position is on-call and may require shift rotation. The On-Call Shift Coordinator’s responsibilities fall into three main categories; (1) This role is the first point of contact from outside vendors, contractors, stakeholders, and potential residents, and (2) Provide administrative and program support to the residents of Damascus Way. Support may include transporting residents, coaching/mentoring, and assisting residents with various objectives. (3) Provide support to Reentry Coordinators for supervising in-house and off-site residents. Questions may be sent to Emily@transformmn.org
