Director of Youth and Family Services

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Director of Youth and Family Services. The Director of Youth and Family Services provide strategic leadership and firsthand program oversight for Damascus Way’s multigenerational programming serving youth and families impacted by incarceration and substance use. Destiny Dads Program Coordinator

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Destiny Dads Program Coordinator for the Twin Cities. The Destiny Dads Program Coordinator oversees the coordination and delivery of a fatherhood support program focused on healing, accountability, and family engagement. This role provides group facilitation, one-on-one goal setting, and family-centered activities for fathers in community and jail-based settings. The coordinator is also responsible for program documentation, data collection, and outcome reporting to ensure program effectiveness and accountability. Transformational Support

Transformation Coordinator

We are looking for a full-time (33-40 hours/week) Transformation Coordinator for our Men’s program in Scott County. This position provides transformational support and transportation for residential housing program participants. High Energy And Person-Focused Commitment

On-Call Transformation Support Staff

We are looking for an On-Call Transformation Support Staff for our Rochester Reentry House. The On-Call Transformation Support Staff at Damascus Way plays a central role in the daily execution of its core services. This position requires high energy and person-focused commitment. The individual hired for this position must be an independent self-starter who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The On-Call Transformation Support Staff responsibilities fall into three main categories; (1) this role is the first point of contact from outside vendors, contractors, stakeholders, and potential residents, and (2) Provide administrative and program support to the residents of Damascus Way. Support may include transporting residents, coaching/mentoring, and assisting residents with various objectives. (3) Provide support to Transformation Coordinators for supervising in-house and off-site residents. Questions may be sent to: Emily@transformmn.org

Hours: There is not a guaranteed set amount of hours each week as this is an on-call position. The amount of hours could also fluctuate week to week.

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00/hour, depending on qualifications

This position requires high energy and person-focused commitment. The individual hired for this position must be an independent self-starter who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This position is on-call and may require shift rotation. The On-Call Shift Coordinator’s responsibilities fall into three main categories; (1) This role is the first point of contact from outside vendors, contractors, stakeholders, and potential residents, and (2) Provide administrative and program support to the residents of Damascus Way. Support may include transporting residents, coaching/mentoring, and assisting residents with various objectives.
