Damascus Way’s **E3 Recovery Model—Enlist, Equip, Empower—**extends beyond residential recovery to serve as a community-centered ecosystem of healing, training, and outreach.

Community Outreach & Awareness

To proactively engage the broader community by raising awareness about substance abuse, reducing stigma, and connecting individuals to recovery resources.

E3 Training Academy – Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Preparation

To equip individuals—especially those with lived experience—with the knowledge, skills, and credentials needed to serve as Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS) and leaders in the recovery field.

  • State-aligned Certified Peer Recovery Specialist training curriculum
  • Ethical standards and professional boundaries
  • Recovery coaching methodologies and peer support techniques

  • Preparation for certification testing and workforce readiness
