To equip individuals—especially those with lived experience—with the knowledge, skills, and credentials needed to serve as Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS) and leaders in the recovery field.
To build a qualified, diverse recovery workforce that extends Damascus Way’s mission into the broader community while providing meaningful career pathways for program participants.
