Damascus Way welcomes our newest team member,  Demetria Frazier, Director of Youth and Family Services. Demetria brings a passion, knowledge and experience in serving youth and families from across diverse backgrounds to help overcome life’s challenges and adversities.  Demetria has served in a variety of professional context including the area of non-profit where she helped to equip and develop leaders and individuals with practical tools to be change-agents in their communities.

Demetria earned her undergraduate degree in Organizational Leadership and Christian Ministries from Bethel University. She is excited to use her personal and professional experience to help men,  children, and their families impacted by incarceration realize their potential and the power of resiliency.
