Last week, our Golden Valley Campus hosted a powerful event with local law enforcement, members of our staff and residents: “Breaking Bread with the Golden Valley PD!”
Members of the GV Police Department, including Police Chief Green, Assistant Chief White and a number of other officers stopped by to gather with members of our team and residents from the Golden Valley program. The GV PD was able to share some valuable information, while also building trust with residents. One resident was particularly impressed with this time and stated that the fellowship and dialogue:
“Helped me see past the uniform. It changed my perspective.”
