Earlier this month, folks from the Berean Community Church joined staff and residents from our Supporting Housing in Rochester for a work day at the apartments!
“Berean Community Church decided to cancel its Sunday service and instead spent the time out in the community serving the Rochester area. Calling it “Be the Church,’ 120 people signed up across the Med City, Sunday morning. Berean Community Church provided an outreach group to take on a clean project at Damascus Way.

James, who is involved in our civic engagement initiative, had the opportunity to share about the importance of community events like this!
