Damascus Way would like to extend our gratitude during this week of Thanksgiving to yet another one of our partners and donors, the “New Freedom Store,” a ministry of the Jehovah Evangelical Lutheran Church in Saint Paul, Minnesota! The New Freedom Store works with various local ministries such as homeless shelters, halfway houses like Damascus Way and a number of other charities. The New Freedom Store recently provided our brand-new Scott County home in Shakopee with supplies such as quilts, pillows, linens and hygiene kits. They are particularly attuned to the needs of those coming out of the state correctional system and have a heart for serving others.
